The garden celebrates the 200 year anniversary of the RSPCA and their vital work in rescuing wild animals. The contemporary space demonstrates how we can all attract and support wildlife in our garden’s without it being ‘scruffy’.

The garden has now been re-located to the RSPCA Wildlife Rescue Centre at RSPCA Stapeley Grange in Cheshire and will be used as a space to engage and educate local children and communities in supporting wildlife.

A contemporary interpretation of a nature hide to enables the observation of wildlife in the garden. The garden includes several features to support wildlife including bird boxes, bat boxes, bee pollinator boxes and a ‘dead hedge’ box for hibernating amphibians, mammals and insects.

A vibrant rill formed from recycled waste and litter flows gently through the garden bringing tranquility to the space.”
